Last night was a sad night.
My wife told be the bad news…
that Zig Ziglar passed away.

Zig Ziglar: In fond memory of Zig. RIP

Ok, I didn’t personally know Zig, but I will tell you he was an amazing guy. I did however feel like I knew him by listening to so many of his audio programs. I felt like if I met him in person today, I’d walk right up and start a conversation as if we were buddies for years. I saw him a few years back and all I can say is WOW! This guy blew me away. The funny thing is I have bought several audio books, audio programs, and books. I can tell you this, many of the topics he talks really start to work for me when I applied these thoughts.

I thought this video captured exactly what I am talking about. Watch it and see if you are the type person the is currently applying these techniques or if you are the type person who has never thought about this stuff before. If you are the latter, take my advice once you become 100% responsible for who you are, where you are and what life hands you… you will become a much more happy person. Not only that, but these habits will start to allow you to build success like nothing else. Stop the stinkin’ thinkin’ and get positive, take control of YOU (the only thing you can control), your thoughts, your actions and things start to change.

Now the world will miss this great guy. If you haven’t seen Zig, you missed out, he was great live. Honestly though, you do not have to miss out completely. Start buying some of his work. Get some of his audio CD’s and start auto university (listen to his and others audio while you drive to work each day). Think about it, if you turn off the crappy radio with nothing really positive coming out and turn on positive motivational info similar to what Zig puts out, think how much you could learn in a year. This slow change will make a huge change in your life similar to what Zig talks about in this video.

One thing I learned from Zig Ziglar and some other take away tips…

  • don’t blame others
  • take responsibility for yourself
  • and start looking for ways to add positive influences to your life.

If you do this next year will be an amazing year for you, I promise!
